| How long are your trips: Dam release whitewater trips take 3-4 hours. Regular whitewater rafting trips take 4-5 hours. Express whitewater rafting trips take 2-3 hours. What are the start times. Weekend start times are: 11 am, 12 pm, and 1 pm for our regular and dam release trips and 11 am and 2 pm for our express trips Weekday start times are: 12:00 noon for our regular trips and 11 am and 2 pm for our express trips What is your reservation policy: You can secure a reservation with a 50% deposit payable over the phone by credit card or by mail with a check or money order. What is your cancellation policy: Your deposit is fully refundable up until 14 days before your trip. No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days before your trip(but we will do our best to apply your deposit amount towards a future date).No refunds or rescheduling for cancellations or no shows the day of your trip. Trips run rain or shine. |
